Tragic Air Force Trainer Aircraft Crash Claims Lives of Two Pilots in Telangana

The Indian Air Force (IAF) confirms the unfortunate incident involving a Pilatus PC 7 Mk II trainer aircraft earlier today during a routine training sortie at the Air Force Academy (AFA) in Dundigal, Telangana. Regrettably, both pilots on board, comprising an experienced instructor and a dedicated cadet, suffered fatal injuries in the crash.

A Court of Inquiry has been initiated to ascertain the precise cause of the accident. The IAF mourns the loss of these valiant individuals and extends heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh expressed deep sorrow over the tragic event and conveyed solidarity with the bereaved families.
