Employees aiming for an annual bonus worth 130% of their salary are required to clock 62 miles monthly, while those achieving 31 miles receive a bonus equivalent to a month’s salary. Additionally, dedicated runners completing 31 miles consistently for six months receive a pair of running shoes.
