Veteran actor Raveena Tandon has expressed strong criticism against a cabin crew member who secretly filmed actor Shraddha Kapoor and her rumoured boyfriend Rahul Mody aboard a flight earlier this year. The video, originally recorded in February 2025, has recently resurfaced on social media, sparking widespread outrage over the violation of the couple’s privacy.
In the clip, Shraddha and Rahul—writer of her film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar—were seen twinning in white shirts and grey trousers while seated in economy class. Reacting to the post on Instagram, Raveena Tandon commented, “This is a breach of privacy. The crew should know better than to do this. Consent must be taken. Not expected from crew members to do this.”
The couple had reportedly attended a wedding in Ahmedabad before the flight. Though neither has publicly confirmed their relationship, Shraddha Kapoor admitted in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan that she is currently seeing someone.
The incident has reignited conversations around celebrity privacy and ethical conduct by airline staff. Fans and celebrities alike have voiced concerns about boundaries and consent in the age of viral content.
Professionally, Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in Stree 2 alongside Rajkummar Rao. A third instalment of the popular horror-comedy franchise is already in the works and is expected to release in 2027.
