NDA Unveils Visionary Bihar Manifesto: 1 Crore Government Jobs, 1 Crore Lakhpati Didis, and Massive Infrastructure Push
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today released its Sankalp Patra for the upcoming Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, unveiling an ambitious roadmap focused on employment generation, women empowerment, and large-scale infrastructure development. The manifesto was released in Patna by BJP President JP Nadda and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, in the presence of senior alliance leaders from the BJP, JDU, LJP, and other partners.
The NDA’s key promise includes creating 1 crore government jobs and transforming 1 crore women into ‘Lakhpati Didis’ through targeted empowerment and entrepreneurship schemes. Under the Chief Minister’s Women Employment Scheme, women will receive up to ₹2 lakh in financial assistance, while ‘Mission Crorepati’ aims to nurture women entrepreneurs across the state.
To address youth migration, the manifesto pledges a comprehensive skill census and the establishment of mega skill centres in every district, alongside new Centres of Excellence for sports. On the infrastructure front, the NDA promises four international airports, seven expressways, and modernization of 3,600 km of rail tracks, with metro networks planned in four cities.
Farmers are set to benefit from a new Karpuri Thakur Kisan Samman Nidhi, increasing total annual assistance to ₹9,000, and a ₹1 lakh crore investment in agri-infrastructure. The NDA also envisions an Education City, world-class medical facilities, and free education from KG to PG for underprivileged students.
The manifesto reflects the NDA’s commitment to transforming Bihar into a hub of opportunity, empowerment, and inclusive growth.
