Wow! The 2nd Jio Filmfare Awards Punjabi was indeed a very terrific event. In so much style and glamour, it was a night of excellence. From the energetic performances by B Jay Randhawa to the lovely and romantic performance by Ninja, the award night was full of entertainment. Talking about performances Queen of Pollywood Neeru Bajwa gave an outstanding tribute to the legendary actress Priti Sapru. Here mesmerizing performance made the night more dazzling. The big winner of the night was the movie Lahoriye. Also writer Jass Grewal took away all the writing awards i.e. for the Best Lyricist and Best Original Story. Ninja and Payal Rajput starrer Channa Mereya also went on to win the second highest awards of the night. Legendary actress Priti Sapru was awarded the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award and Legendary actor Guggu Gill was awarded the Filmfare Living Legend Award.
