5 actors who failed miserably even after being a product of nepotism

The Indian film industry was recently in a lot of trouble due to the ongoing insider, outsider debate. Some "star kids" proved their worth with every film they appeared in while some are just not getting the hint that the audiences do not want to see them. Here is a list of five failed products of nepotism.

1. Uday Chopra

Chopra made his acting debut in the notable 2000 musical romantic drama Mohabbatein and featured in several other notable films including Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2002), Dhoom (2004), Dhoom 2 (2006) and Dhoom 3 (2013)

Chopra garnered success as a script writer and a producer but he failed as an actor even after innumerable attempts.
He has a great film background. He is the son of the late Yash Chopra and brother of Aditya Chopra..

For the entirety of his acting career he was dependent on ensemble cast films . The audiences rejected him time and again. Now He works with his brother and manages YRF.

2. Harman Baweja
Harman made his acting debut with Love Story 2050, where he shared screen space with Priyanka Chopra Jonas. However, after four flops, the actor was not seen on the big screens.

Baweja was born in Chandigarh to a film director Harry Baweja and producer Pammi Baweja. He attended the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute in Mumbai and then the University of California, Los Angeles.
After several attempts to revive his career he was last seen in  Dishkiyaaon (2014). After a 5 year long absence, he appeared in this Shilpa Shetty produced film. The film tanked at the box office.

3 Neil Nitin Mukesh

Mukesh was born on 15 January 1982 in Bombay, Maharashtra. His father is Bollywood playback singer Nitin Mukesh, son of veteran singer Mukesh. He was named by Lata Mangeshkar after the American astronaut Neil Armstrong

He kick started his career with Sriram Raghavan's 2007 thriller Johnny Gaddaar. His portrayal of a crook received positive reviews from critics and earned him a Best Male Debut nomination at the 53rd Filmfare Awards. But soon after this he started to appear in below average films like Aa dekhein zara, Lafangey Parindey, players, 3g , shortcut Romeo,Saaho ,bypass road the list is long.
Although he is currently working and will soon be seen in projects but he failed to deliver one successful film from past 5 years. Let's see what does the actor have in his kitty.

4. Sooraj Pancholi

Athiya Shetty co-star in the ‘Hero’ movie Sooraj Pancholi, son of Aditya Pancholi got into movies not by hard work but due to Salman Khan. Salman made every effort to make his fans watch the movie but still, it miserably failed. His next release ‘Satellite Shankar’ was again a disaster but still, he managed to get Filmfare Award for Best Newcomer for his debut film. He has two upcoming movies pending to be released, although cinephiles have no expectations left from him.

5. Arjun Kapoor
Kapoor was born into a Punjabi family on 26 June 1985 in Bombay, Maharashtra to the Hindi film producer, Boney Kapoor and the entrepreneur Mona Shourie Kapoor. He is the grandson of filmmaker Surinder Kapoor.
