Eggs and Fried Meat

Fried meat like bacon along with eggs is a combo that is loaded with protein and your digestive system may take a long time to digest it. You can replace one of them with fresh fruits or vegetables.
Fruits after Meals
One of the worst food mistakes that anyone can make is eating fruits after a meal. Fruits and other food items do not go well with each other. This is because fruits digest quickly but other components in a meal like protein, fats or carbohydrates take longer to digest. If the fruit sugar stays in the stomach for long, it could ferment and cause troubles to your tummy.
Proteins and starch
You would have often heard people saying potato chips do not go with fried chicken. The reason is that the digestive processes for both these foods are entirely different. While the protein digestion happens in the stomach, starch is digested in the small intestine. Citrus and milk
