It can feel like a thumping ache in one side of your head. Although there is no specific treatment available for a migraine, it is recommended to stop everything and rest. Doing breathing exercises can also relieve the pain.

2. Tension Headaches

It might feel like the aching areas of your head are being pressurised or squeezed. Not only head but the sufferer might feel the pain in their neck and behind eyes. If you want to get rid of it, apply a heating pad or ice pack on the aching areas for 5-10 minutes. Improve your body posture and make sure not to strain your eye.

3. Sinus Headaches

5. Cluster Headaches

Many female sufferers say that this is worse than childbirth. One feels a poking pain behind eye in this headache. The pain is so severe that it is called Suicide headache. The sufferer may feel unrest and have the urge to pace in the room. There is no specific treatment for cluster headaches, but one should get oxygen therapy from a medical practitioner.
