Cleaning is a tough job, but it can be easier only if you the right way to do it. In this article, we have got a few cleaning hacks to help you in homely chores and save your time. These are the simple and easy clean tricks which can be done at home with things available at home. 
1. Remove hard water stains on your faucet using vinegar

Hard water stains on your faucet breeds bacteria. This is not only unhygienic but also makes you feel dirty to look at it. With the following steps, you can easily get rid of this.
How to clean it :
  • ‌Soak a paper towel in vinegar.
  • ‌Wrap it around the faucet.
  • ‌Let it soak for 30 — 60 minutes.


2. Transform your yellow pillows to white 

Yellow pillows look shabby and no one would like to sleep on them. Buying a new one is easy but expensive too if you have to change it now and then. Fortunately, there is an easy method to do at home to make your pillow and get a fresh pillow. For doing this you will require powdered laundry detergent, powdered dishwasher detergent, and borax.
How to use all these to clean it:
  • ‌Check to see if your pillow is washable, then remove the pillow case or the pillow protector.
  • ‌Bring a large pot of water to boil, stir in 1 cup of powdered laundry detergent, 1 cup of powdered dishwasher detergent, and 1/2 cup of borax. Stir until everything dissolves.
  • ‌Pour this mixture into a container large enough for you to soak your pillows in and 1 cup of bleach. Let your pillows soak in this mixture for 30 minutes. Don’t forget to flip them half-way through.
  • ‌Then run the pillows through a full wash cycle in a washing machine.
You will have white fresh pillows to have a comfortable sleep.


3.Steam clean your microwave

We use the microwave multiple times in a day, but after such tasks, it does need a little cleaning.It does not require much of the work but you can clean your microwave in the easiest and simplest way. For doing so you have to follow jst two steps:
  • ‌Heat a 1:1 mixture of vinegar and water until it steams. Leave the mixture in the microwave with the door closed for 5 minutes for the steam to do its work,
  • ‌Wipe the microwave down with paper towels.
Neat and clean microwave is all set to be used again.


4. Remove sweat stains from your white shirts.
Throwing away a nice shirt just because it has an ugly sweat stain, is not a good idea. Prepare a solution of dish soap, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda to do its job to get rid of the stain
How to do it:
  • ‌Combine a 1:2 ratio of dish soap and hydrogen peroxide in a bowl.
  • ‌Apply this paste to the stain, and sprinkle a little bit of baking soda on top.
  • ‌Get a laundry scrub brush to work the soap, peroxide, and baking soda into the fibers of the shirt.
  • ‌After this, let your shirt sit for at least an hour or so, and then launder it normally.

5.    Use your old tights for a good purpose 

Don't throw away those old or torn tights! Save those tights and locate money by just placing them on the foot of
your vacuum nozzle. It will catch any change, hair bands, and other bits and bobs before they get sucked away in the vacuum.


6.   Cleaning the house can be easier with this homemade cleaner.

Cleaning the house can be a tough task if you happen to put in a lot of manual effort in it, but it can be easy if you have this cleaning mix made at home for your home.
How to make it :
‌Just mix four tablespoons of baking soda and a liter of warm water to make a cheap and natural all-purpose cleaner.  
Use liberally on your surfaces, floors and anywhere else that's in need of a scrub.


7.    Get felt tip pen stains out of wood with toothpaste

If your banisters, table or wooden areas are spoilt by your grandchildren, you don't need to worry about it. 
The markers pen's marks or little holes can b filled by gently rubbing a bit of toothpaste to lift off the stain.
Let your kids play now freely without worrying about the marks because you got an easy trick.

    
8.Clean your toilet stains with Coke

The coke you have been drinking all this while can help you in your cleaning at home. Yes, you heard it right coke can be used to get a sparkling white loot by pouring in a can of cola. Let it sit in the bowl overnight, give it a quick scrub with a brush and then flush the next morning for a great effect.

Extra tip

Once in life, we all struggle with chewing gum stuck to our clothes and we manage to get rid of it. We will tell you a little hack to get rid of it without much effort. Put up the clothing in the fridge which has chewing gum on it, in the freezer for a few hours. Frozen gum is much easier to pick or chisel off.
