AFTER 'SUIT SUIT' IN HINDI MEDIUM, GURU RANDHAWA CROONS FOR ANOTHER IRRFAN KHAN STARRER

Punjabi singers have already established quite an appeal in Bollywood. The Mumbai-based industry has welcomed Punjabi singers as well as actors with open arms, Diljit Dosanjh is a sordid example of how Bollywood has embraced Pollywood stars. Another talented singer who has found his way and established his name in the B-town is Guru Randhawa. The singer of foot-tapping tracks like 'Ban Ja Rani', 'High-Rated Gabru', 'Lahore' and 'Suit Suit' is rearing high on success. Every music director and filmmaker wants to spice up their compositions and films with Randhawa's melodious voice. Last evening, the singer shared a post on his social media handles that he has completed shooting for his next Bollywood song for Irrfan Khan and Kirti Kulhari-starrer Black Mail being directed by Abhinay Deo of Delhi Belly fame. Check his Twitter post here: [caption id="attachment_29239" align="alignnone" width="594"] source: twitter[/caption] Guru Randhawa has already crooned for Irrfan Khan's last venture, Hindi Medium, where his superhit track Suit Suit was used. However, the details of this new song in Blackmail (which is slated to release on April 6), are yet to be revealed. The song is being produced under the T-Series label. Blackmail is a dark comedy which will instantly connect with the new-age audience, claim the makers. The star cast of the film includes stellar actors like Arunoday Singh, Divya Dutta and Omi Vaidya. The director of the film Abhinay Deo, while talking to a leading daily told,

"I’ve always wanted to direct another quirky comedy since but not right  away. Blackmail was the 48th script I read. Actually I read both Force 2 and this one sent by my friend Parvez Sheikh almost simultaneously and knew instantly that I had to make this film. Even Irrfan saw the potential in it and said yes immediately. It’s crazy, quirky stuff..."
Meanwhile our Punjabi lad, Guru Randhawa is busy taking Billboard charts by storm and creating a niche for himself in the singing world. Keep it up High Rated Gabruu!!!!
