Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet and Tabu starrer De De Pyaar De, which was slated to release on October 19, during the festive weekend of Dussehra has now been pushed ahead by the makers. As per reports, this urban rom-com will now hit the screens on February 22, 2019. This decision may have disappointed all the Ajay Devgn fans. The decision was taken in the wake of a box-office clash with Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer Namaste England and Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra’s Badhaai Ho. The movies are arriving on Dussehra this year which could affect the film's business. The film has a stellar star cast which stars Rakul Preet Singh and Tabu. This is the first time when Rakul Preet will be sharing her screen space with Ajay Devgn. Her last film was a fiction drama titled Aiyaary. The film also starred Manoj Bajpayee and Siddharth Malhotra in the leads. Dede Pyaar De is a romantic comedy which is written and produced by Luv Ranjan. The film will also mark the Directorial debut of film editor Akiv Ali. Now the film will be competing with Kangana Ranaut and Rajkumar Rao starrer Mental Hai Kya. On the work front, Tabu was last seen in Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again which also starred Ajay Devgn, Shreyas Talpade, Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu and Parineeti Chopra.
