The upcoming sports drama ‘83’ has remained in the news for so many different reasons and once again all the eyes are on the cast of this upcoming flick. The film will be marking the grand Bollywood acting debut of Punjabi artists Harrdy Sandhu and Ammy Virk.
The two artists are now gearing up for their first collaboration with filmmaker Kabir Khan. The two actors will be seen in the upcoming sports drama '83 which is based on India's historic win against West Indies at the 1983 world cup.
Recently, the two actors were spotted at the airport where they were seen jetting off to London for the first schedule of the movie. Harrdy Sandhu, who is playing one of the team members, took to the stories section of his Instagram where all the actors were seen chilling and singing his song ‘Kya Baat Ay’.
In the video, Saqib Saleem took his singing skills to another level and said ‘What’s the matter’ (translated version of ‘kya baat ay’).
In the film, Ranveer Singh will be playing former Indian skipper Kapil Dev. It also stars R Badree, Chirag Patil, Saqib Saleem, Pankaj Tripathi, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Saahil Khattar in key roles.

Back in the month of April, Ranveer and his co-stars went to Dharamshala (a small hill town in the state of Himachal Pradesh) for a bonding and training session after which they went to Delhi to spend some quality time and train with Kapil Dev.
Earlier, it was reported that Ranveer's wife and actress Deepika Padukone has been roped in to play the film's female lead. The report also stated that Deepika will be co-producing the sports drama as well. However, no confirmation about the same has been given yet. '83 will hit the screens on April 10, 2020.
