'Andhadhun' To Hit The Korean Screens This August

Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Andhadhun’  turned out to be a turning point in Ayushmann Khurrana’s acting career. The film which was released in August 2018 caused havoc at the Box-Office not just in India but in overseas markets too. The film became one of the highest openers in China and made over 400 crores in just three weeks of its release.

Now, we are glad in sharing that the film is all set to hit the Korean screens. Film trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh recently took to his Twitter where he shared this Information along with the Korean language poster. Check out his post here;

The film which also starred Tabu and Radhika Apte, recently bagged the National Film Award of Best Actor to Ayushmann Khurrana. This is not it as the film’s director also awarded with the Best Director Award at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. Expressing his gratitude for the award, Ayushmann said in a statement, 

"It’s truly humbling and hugely gratifying to win the coveted National Awards. As an artist, I have always tried to back disruptive content that stands out for its quality content."

The film is all set to hit the Korean screens on 28th August this year and it will be released on 90 screens across South Korea. While for the Chinese markets the film was released as ‘Piano Player’, In South Korea it will be released with its original name. This must have come as a proud moment for the entire team of Andhadhun.

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana has a series of films lined up in his kitty. The actor is next to be seen in the movie ‘Dreamgirl’ in which he will be seen playing a call girl. Apart from this, the actor also has a sequel ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan’ in his kitty.
