ANUSHKA SHARMA'S "PARI" TO PLAY WITH THE COLOR OF BLOOD, THIS HOLI

Anushka Sharma's upcoming flick "Pari" which was to face a competition against Akshay Kumar's "Padman" and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's "Padmavat" will now be releasing on the festive season of Holi on March 2. It will be Anushka's third project as a producer after two successful films at the box office namely; "NH 10" and "Phillauri". "Pari" is reported to be shot in Mumbai and Kolkata, the film also features prominent Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee. The film is a directorial debut for Prosit Roy and has been jointly produced by Anushka's Clean Slate Films and KeiArj Entertainment. The newlywed took it to her official Twitter handle sharing the first motion poster for the film and quoted;

https://twitter.com/AnushkaSharma/status/950773255383629824   Anushka seems quite scary after all the VFX comes into play, the shoot for the film initiated on June 13, last year. The movie faced minor controversy since during the shooting of the film in August 2017 in south 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, a technician (Shah Alam) died of electrocution. The shooting of the film at the shooting site was immediately stopped. Anushka, who tied the knot to star cricketer Virat Kohli in December 2017 in an intimate wedding in Tuscany, is back on the sets of Aanand L. Rai's "Zero" starring Shah Rukh Khan, as well.
