The trend of Punjabi songs being featured in Bollywood films is increasing at a very tremendous rate. Almost every day we hear a new film which features a Punjabi song in it but with modified lyrics. It might be sung by the original singer as a single track or as a duet song. But one thing is for sure that these modified versions of songs are appreciated and loved by the audience more.

Now another song which was originally sung in Punjabi has now been adopted by the Baazaar filmmakers. The song is a famous and a massive hit number titled ‘La La La’. The song was first sung by Neha Kakkar as a single track in Punjabi. But now after being adopted by the filmmakers, the song has been sung by Neha Kakkar and Bilal Saeed as well. It features Radhika Apte and Rohan Mehra. Though the lyrics have been changed a bit, still the original essence of the song has been retained by the singers in this version.

Previously too songs like Chote Chote Peg, Suit, and High Heels were adopted by the Bollywood filmmakers. The lyrics of the songs were changed a bit, but the tune and essence was the same as the original song.

‘Proper Patola’ was the last track before ‘La La La’ which was adopted by the filmmakers of Namaste England. It became an instant hit number. The original song was sung by Badshah and Diljit Dosanjh. But the new version of the song has been sung by Badshah, Diljit Dosanjh, and Aastha Gill too. It features the lead pair of the film, Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor.

Immediately after release, the song became the world’s first song to become the most watched song within 24 hours.

Baazaar is being directed by Gauravv K. Chawla and the producer of the film is Nikhil Advani. The film is slated to hit the theatres on 26th October 2018.
