In a recent Instagram post, Bollywood Shehanshah Amitabh Bachchan posted a heavily edited photograph with a dazzling purple shirt and blue glasses, challenging Ranveer Singh about who is more excessive. He wrote, "This is the ultimate limit of excess .. ready to compete with Ranveer SINGH ..😋😋". He also added two emoticons, in the end, to keep the statement humorous, [caption id="attachment_37971" align="alignnone" width="792"] Image credits: Amitabh Bachchan/Instagram[/caption] The post got more than 490,000 likes and 2,000 comments within 10 hours. Even Ranveer Singh commented on the photograph writing, “Hahahahahaha! It’s no contest! I concede!”. Ranveer Singh was highly appreciated by his fans for the friendly reply to the challenge from the Big B. Last year, he commented on Ranveer’s tweet for not replying to his birthday message. He wrote, "Hey... but what about my intention... sent you sms greetings for your birthday... did not get a reply... did you see it... !??" This time again he ended his tweet with a kiss emoticon to highlight his humorous side. I just cross-checkedit too! You were, in fact, one of the first to even wish!" He also flaunted the megastar by adding that he was the greatest of all time and he was blessed to know that Big B was aware of his existence. Amitabh Bachchan has come out has as a very expressive celebrity on social media. This February, he also tweeted his poem, dedicated to ‘Mr/Ms Twitter’ when he lost more than 200,000 followers on his Twitter handle. Dear brother, or sister (I don’t know your gender, so have addressed both). I am trying to publish something but you are not allowing it. You have already removed my 2,000,000 followers in a day, now please don’t take this away. Please do not be so cruel. And poem goes like.
“O bird! Where is your home? You come flying here, you have so many fans. You have no fear, where will we go if you get angry. If your blessings are with us, our new flowers (words?) will be showered upon you.”Amitabh Bachchan’s bold statements on the social media never cease to put even the best into the hot seat!
