DALER MEHNDI TO SEW HIS MAGIC IN SUI DHAAGA

He is known as the ''King of Pop in India". His songs have been every party-goer's anthems since 1990s. He has seen the pinnacle of heights and deepest lows. Still, Daler Mehndi is the singer who gives out the tracks that live and breathe across years and generations. After the success of his vocals in the big-fat projects like Baahubali and Dangal, the singer is back to weave the magic of his unprecedent singing in Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer Sui Dhaaga. The music for the yet to be named song will be composed by the hit music maker Anu Malik. Sui Dhaaga is being produced by Yash Raj Films and is being helmed by award winning Director Sharat Katariya, who has Dum Laga Ke Haisha to his credit. The film is written by Varun Grover, who had also penned down the story of Dum Laga Ke Haisha. Mehndi shared the news on his Instagram, posting this pic. His Baahubali track was the most streamed song on Google Music app last year. Recently, the Punjabi singer also shared a screenshot on his Instagram about his famous track Tunak Tunak Tun still ruling the charts on the Spotify music app. Sui Dhaaga stars Varun Dhawan in the lead role who had already started preparing for his role in December 2017, as he had shared this pic on his Instagram. The film had to begin the shoots in January and the film is slated to hit the theatres this Gandhi Jayanti, on 2nd October, therefore commemorating the Father of Swadeshi movement in India.
