 BJP has realized that a mere suspension of MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar is not enough, and now under the leadership of BJP top Brass  Sengar has been expelled who is allegedly accused in the Unnao rape case.

In Delhi, top BJP Leaders met on Wednesday including Swatantra Dev Singh and Sunil Bansal from Uttar Pradesh, which led to the expulsion of Sengar.

The Unnao rape survivor sent a letter to the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, the Supreme Court of India who after receiving the letter has transferred all cases related to the Unnao incident outside Uttar Pradesh. Following this, court has asked the responsible officer of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)" to be present in the court on Thursday before 12 pm.


The Supreme Court has clearly mentioned that cases related to Unnao incident 2017, i.e. survivor’s father’s death and death, the rape allegation, the truck accident which took lives of her two aunts and injured the survivor and the lawyer, will be most probably transferred to Delhi.

BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar allegedly raped the 19-year-old girl two years back, who was recently injured badly in a car crash on last Sunday .A truck without the number plate attacked the car in which the rape survivor was traveling.In this incident, the victim and her lawyer were critically injured where two oh her aunts have passed away.

The survivor’s family has filled the complaint alleging it was a conspiracy to kill them. The copy of the letter sent to the chief justice was also sent to the Allahabad High Court and Uttar Pradesh government authorities.

In this letter written by the survivor was sent on 12th July, in which she claimed that some people related to Sengar, have threatened her and her family by making threatening calls.

In the letter, its mentioned that on 7th July Naveen Singh (son of Sengar) and Kunnu Mishra came to their house and threatened them.

Sengar was arrested in 2018, who has been MLA for four times represents Bangermau, for allegedly raping the teenager in 2017.

Prior to the road accident that happened on Sunday i.e. 29 July, FIR has been filled against the son in law of Uttar Pradesh Ranvendra Pratap Singh who is amongst the eight others along with Sengar in the FIR.

"FIR has been registered under the sections of 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 506 (criminal intimidation), 120b (criminal conspiracy) under Indian Penal Code, against 10 named people, including the BJP MLA, and more 15 -20 people" a statement given police officer in an interview.
