Ayushmann Khurrana is a man of the moment who has given major two blockbuster films in 2018. These films are ‘Badhaai Ho’ and ‘AndhaDhun’. He entered the field of acting in 2012 with his debut film was Shoojit Sircar’s Vickey Donor. After this movie, the actor proved that he is going to be the next big thing in the Bollywood industry and has proved it. His films like ‘Subh Mangal Savdhaan’, ‘Bareili Ki Barfi’, and ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ have always been content driven.

Now the actor is coming up with a project, unlike all his other projects. In this film, he will be seen playing a never seen before character. The title of his big project is ‘Dreamgirl’ and he will be seen playing the character of one. The film is being helmed by Raaj Shandiyaa and will be backed by Ekta Kapoor. This film will mark the trio’s first project ever.

‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’ fame Nushrat Bharucha will be seen opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in the film. This will be the first film where the two ace actors will be sharing the screen space. She has done films like ‘Kal Kisne Dekha’, ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama-2’ and ‘Sonu Ke Teetu Ki Sweety’.

Some days ago, the actor announced about this film and recently he shared the first look of the film. Sharing the look, Ayushmann on his Instagram said,

“As whacky as it can get! Here’s the first glimpse of my look in and as #DreamGirl. Thoughts?”

Sharing the poster of the film, he also announced that the shoot of the film has begun and we already can’t wait for more details to be announced by the filmmakers about the project.

Producer Ekta Kapoor also shared the poster of the film and said,

“FILMING BEGINS! JAI MATA DI An incredible story that’s going to baffle you laugh, and then win your hearts! Here’s the first look of #DreamGirl.”

Ayushmann can be seen in a saree, with a t-shirt as a blouse and a pair of slippers in his feet. His expressions seem as if he’s tired and fed up with everything that’s going around him.
