Whenever we hear the name Diljit Dosanjh the very first thought that comes to our mind is a man who has redefined stardom in his own style. From singing the most versatile songs as 'Swaah Ban Ke', '5 Taara', 'Proper Patola' to enacting most challenging roles in 'Jatt & Juliet series', 'Punjab 1984', 'Udta Punjab', Diljit has set an unprecedented benchmark and has also has given a new meaning, to those young Sikh lads who wish to work with their Turban on, in the entertainment industry. Every actor has a goal and when questioned 'Dosajhna Waleya' that where does he see himself in a near future, the answer this mesmerizing actor gave was completely astonishing. In an interview with 'Anupama Chopra' on 'Film Companion', he stated,

I have one plan in my mind that when I reach my 60's I want to be baptized (Amrit Dhari) and to keep a unshorned beard and carry a 'Kirpan' (Religious Sword). In this attire, I want to work in Hollywood that everybody remembers me as a 'Sardaar Ji' who comes in Hollywood movies.

TAKE A LOOK

https://twitter.com/GabruuOfficial/status/935100685787348992 According to Sikh religion, Baptisation is, ”Sikhs who have been through the 'Amrit Ceremony' of initiation, or 'Amrit Sanskar', become baptized Sikhs, take new names, and wear the 5 Ks. The Amrit Ceremony is the initiation rite introduced by 'Guru Gobind Singh' when founded the Khalsa in 1699." As he is already making the Sikh community proud being a single 'Turbanator' in Bollywood. We hope 'Diljit's wish to come true.
