During the past week Haryana has witnessed three brutal rape and killing cases. Two minors were raped and killed last week. On Sunday a 22-year-old was forced into a SUV and gang raped for several hours. These incidents have caused a lot of rage in the state. Cheif Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar said these incidents to be unfortunate. Mid this rage, a statement by a senior Police officer has provoked more anger among the people.
