Gagan Kokri is a versatile Punjabi singer who has given numerous hit songs to the Pollywood industry. Despite being an Australian citizen, he has not left his Punjabi culture and ehtics. His first Punjabi song was Hathyar which was released in 2013. But he got fame and success from his song series in which he sang three song titled 'Blessings of Bapu', 'Blessings of Rabb' and 'Blessings of Bebe'. These songs were loved and appreciated by the audience very much. Various Punjabi singers have sung songs on truck drivers, and these songs have been apppreciated by the audence very much. Singers like Mankirt Aulakh ha dsung a song named Kadar, and Himmat Sandhu had sung a song titled Dashborad. Both these songs recieved a lot of appreciation from the audience because these numbers were really catchy and well connected to the audience. Now Gagan Kokri has come with his new song titled 'License'. This song has been written by Gill Raunta, who had also penned the lyrics for Himmat Sandhu's Dashborad. Ikwinder Singh has given the music to the song and Sumeet Singh has produced it. License has been released under Saga Music Label. The song is all about the relation between a wife and her husband where the husband is a truck driver. So whenever he goes for his work, the wife gets lonely and says that even she wants a driving license so that she can be with him. This is a beautiful romantic and a beat song which is perfect for couples and the people in love and the ones who want to stay together forever. He has also announced that he will be doing a film titled 'Laatu' opposite Aditi Sharma and also stars Karamjit Anmol, Anita Devgan, Sardar Sohi, Nisha Bano and Harby Sangha. The film will be helmed by Manav Shah and will be produced by Jagmeet Grewal and Vikas Wadhwa and is all set to hit the theatre screens on November 16th.
