Have a look at the films which discussed homosexuality before Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan

With the release of Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming film, Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan, the filmmakers in the Hindi film industry are finally touching the subject of homosexuality. The film seems to discuss the sensitive subject quite openly with a lip lock scene between, Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar, the lead actors of the film. Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan will release on 21^st February and is directed by Hitesh Kewalya.

 However, this won’t be the first time that a film on homosexuality is being made. Previously the filmmakers took the challenge and made films on the subject which obviously could not impress the masses at the box office.
