Manmeet Alisher Sharma was a person with pleasing personality and a smiling face which people could easily recognise. This 28-year-old man from village Alisher in Punjab considered Australia and Brisbane as his paradise on Earth. And he finally succumbed to a brutal murder in his own heaven. He was residing in Brisbane, Australia since the past few years. But on 28th October 2016, Manmeet was brutally set abalze by a person in a bus. Manmeet was a Brisbane Council Driver who had stopped the bus to pick up the passengers at his scheduled stop in Mooroorka. But little did he know that one of those passengers would kill him so brutally. This unfortunate event took place in 2016 and the Australian courts and the media had declared the criminal as "mentally unstable" with a slow and careless investigation in the case. Nobody can imagine or feel the pain that Manmeet might have gone through after an incendiary device was thrown over his body. All it took were 90 seconds for Manmeet to char to death. But the atacker was suspended under the Mental Health Act. Now after 2 years of the accident, the court is ready to listen to the plea of the family members and the relatives of the victim who demand nothing but justice. The final hearing of the case is on 9th and 10th August in Australia and the family members have a ray of hope to get justice from Australian judiciary.
