Experts have shared a recipe of a powder which helps in boosting the immunity. This powder can be made at home and stored in an airtight container.
Following are the ingredients of the powder.
7 tablespoons of fennel seeds
7 tablespoons of organic turmeric powder
4 tablespoons of coriander seeds
4 tablespoons of cumin seeds
3 tablespoons of cardamom powder
2 tablespoons of ginger powder (dry)
2 tablespoons of black pepper (whole)
½ tablespoon of cinnamon powder
First, roast all the ingredients at low temperature except turmeric and the ginger powder. Let these ingredients cool down and grind them together with perfection. Add the turmeric and ginger powder to the roasted powder, and blend nicely. Store it in an airtight glass container.
Quantity to use
You can have a ½ teaspoon of the powder every day with warm water or you can even use it instead of garam masala while making the sabzi.
You can also add ½ teaspoon of the mixture to 1 tablespoon of heated ghee and consume it every morning. This powder can be consumed by the adults and the kids irrespective.
If you are already on some kind of medication, consult the doctor before starting to consume this powder.
If you have gastric issues, you should consume less than ½ teaspoon every day.
