Hair increases the charm of your appearance; hence, they need to look beautiful and damage free. Dry and damaged hair can intrude in your charisma. Thus, we should do everything in our hand to protect our hair.    

Summers can be harsh on our skin as well as our hair. Just as we look after of our skin we must look after our hair too. Hair care is a must if you want to have nice, shiny and damage free hair.

Our hairs are damaged by the heat of the sun, wind and dust. Hair problems can also occur because of the use of heating products and chemicals which are preset in hair colours and in different hair treatments.

Due to the damage, our hair tends to have split ends, rough and gloss free hair. Baldness and loss of hair are also the causes of hair damage.

Below are several methods to protect your hair from the above mentioned problems.

Hairs can be protected by using a scarf. Cover your hair whenever you are stepping out of your homes. Also, wear a cap or hat to protect your scalp from dust so that it doesn’t become oily and dry.



Washing Method: Another way to get a healthy scalp is to always wash your hairs with cold water; whereas washing your hair with warm water dries up your scalp and the damage caused by the heat of the sun increases.



Up do or Wrap your hair: If you have an option of tying up your hair in a bun or a plaid, then do it. It’s the best method to protect your hair. The ends of your hair are the weakest portion of your hair which damages the first so tying up hair in a bun or using a head wrap is an excellent way to protect your hair.




 Use of natural oils: Apply natural oils like coconut oil, olive oil, mustard oil or ghee in your scalp and also on the tips of your hair before you wash your hair. After applying the essential oils wrap your hair with a warm towel for around 2hours and then wash your hairs. It helps to undo the damage caused to your hair.



Trimming: You should regularly trim your hair for their proper growth. Trimming your hair once in 3 months is a must in order to save your hair from further damage.
