I'M NOT GOING TO PLAY A VILLAIN FOR A WHILE: JIM SARBH

Actor Jim Sarbh, who is best known for his roles in 'Neerja' and 'Padmaavat' feels that he should do something different now. In a recent interview, the actor spoke about his journey as an actor. He said; “I am not going to play a villain for a while. It’s not because I don’t like that kind of acting or don’t want to do it, but because I want to try other things now,” He further added that “One must say no to some opportunities to open the possibilities of others. Else, I will only remain a bad guy,” Jim made his Bollywood debut with the film 'Neerja' where he played one of the hijackers. The actor has been an active theater participant and he feels that in the movies he has been doing negative roles and now he wants to take a break from these negative roles. adding to this the actor said; “I’ve been doing plays ever since school. There’s never really been a stop to it. Except for one year, when I went off wandering around and stayed at an ashram for five months. Even there I was cast as Jesus in a play. There was no escaping, so I came back to acting,” Jim rose to fame from the movie 'Neerja' and he received the best actor in a negative role title at Filmfare awards and soon after this, he played grey shade characters in 'Padmaavat' and 'Sanju'.  Do you wish to see him doing different roles, do let us know in the comments section below and for more content like this keep visiting gabruu.com
