Moreover, even the smartphones emit blue light which is harmful for the eyes and can damage the eye sight of the people very easily. But the damaged eye sight can be rectified with some easy-peasy exercises and healthy diet. Eating healthy makes a lot of difference to the eyesight. Choosing antioxidant rich foods like leafy and green vegetables, yellow pepper, pumpkin, sweet potatoes helps in imroving the eye sight of the person. Macular generation, which causes blindness, can be avoided with the help of yellow and green vegetables. Including fish in the diet is very helpful because it is rich in fatty acids and sulphur rich food like garlic and onions help in preventing the formation of cataract. Here are few exercises which you should do for better eye sight. PALMING Palming is a great exercise which helps in enhancing the eye sight of the person. Rub the palms, generate heat and place the palms on the eyes. Keep the palms placed for some seconds on the eyes and repeat this 5 times. EYE ROLLING This is another exercise which is beneficial for improving the eye sight. Roll the eyes for sometime in the clockwise direction, and then in anti-clockwise direction. Repeat it 5 times. REFOCUSING This is a great exercise for the eye muscles and is an exercise which can be done even at the offices. You have to look away from your computer screen to the farthest thing possible. Place the thumb infront of the eyes, and focus on the thumb for some seconds. Repeat this 5 times. BLINKING These kind of exercises are also very easy to practice and helps in improving the eye sight. Sit infront of the wall and close your eyes for 3 seconds. Open the eyes and blink quickly for 5 seconds. repeat this 5 times. 20-20-20 RULE This is the most helpful exercise when it comes to getting a 20:20 vision. After every 20 minutes, look at something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
