IMRAN KHAN BAGS THE BEST DIRECTOR AWARD FOR 'MISSION MARS'

Our very own chocolaty boy Imran Khan who made his acting debut with the film 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' back in the year 2008 recently donned the director's hat for a short film. The film was based on India's much talked about the Mars mission.

The film received great response both from the viewers and the critics. Now, Imran is on cloud nine as he received the award in the category of best director for his film 'Mission Mars-Keep Walking India'. The information was shared by his darling wife Avantika Khan.

The film which hit the internet in September showed the inside story behind this mission. The production venture is bankrolled by Dharma 2.0 which is a subsidiary of Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.

As an actor, Imran was last seen in 'Gori Tere Pyaar Mein' which hit the screens in 2013.  The film did a mere business at the Box-Office and after a long break, he turned director. If you haven't seen it yet then you can watch it right here:-
