Men in blue love chasing the totals if its a game of T20 in cricket and after MS Dhoni was relieved from his captaincy in 2017, the team has lost around 14 matches out of which majority were due to mistakes in setting the targets.

Taking this into account, Virat Kohli needs a reset in the plan and initially, some changes were announced in the squad.

An injury to Shikhar Dhawan has given the chance to Sanju Samson to prove his worth being on the team list. However, Khaleel Ahmed, Shardul Thakur, Rahul Chahar, and Krunal Pandya have been left out.

KL Rahul has a total of 974 scored runs in T20I Cricket and is short of just 26 runs to become the 7th Indian batsman scoring 1000 runs in T20 format. He can open the inning with Sanju Samson or else other options will be the same where Virat Kohli opens the same.

The series will also mark the reunion of spin twin bowlers Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal who are known for their wrist spin trend in the game of cricket.

Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Mohammad Shami can both play alongside Chahal and Deepak Chahar is expected to start the series. Whereas Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar will serve as all-rounders for the team.

Based on the Pitch and other conditions, there is no chance of precipitation but dew can play its part. We are expecting a good batting pitch for this match.

So, the match starts today at 7 PM and do share your thoughts on who will win the match. Your predictions are always welcome.
