KANGANA RANAUT TO REUNITE WITH RAJKUMMAR RAO AFTER FOUR YEARS

The Bollywood industry definitely knows best how to keep the interest of fans. From the storyline to the filmmakers, and especially, the lead actors, the industry presents perfection to stir up more excitements. While many upcoming films are in the making or awaiting their release, others are yet to begin. One of such films is, the Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer untitled project. These two Bollywood great actors were last seen together on the silver screen four years ago. In the comedy movie titled Queen, Rajkummar (Vijay) was the young lad who abandoned his fiance, Kangana (Rani) on the eve of their wedding. The heartbroken bride eventually went on single honeymoon. Helmed by Vikas Bahl, the film attained a leading six awards at the 60th Filmfare Awards which included Best Film and Best actress for Kangana. After such a great act together, it is only befitting that these two be brought back on the silver screen. Well, the great news is that these two will be seen soon in a psychological flick. According to Mumbai Mirror, a source was quoted saying, "It’s a fast-paced thriller revolving around the two protagonists. Set in London and Mumbai, it is expected to roll in March. Raj recently heard the script and immediately came on board. Both Kangana and he are looking forward to working with each other once again”. Rajkummar- Kangana As per the reports, the name of the film is yet to be announced. However, it will be helmed by Prakash Kovelamudi, the director of the 53rd National award-winning Telugu film, Bommalata. As a director, he will be making his debut in Bollywood with the upcoming Kangana-Rao film. Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut is busy with her upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. On the other hand, Rajkummar Rao is also busy filming 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' helmed by Shelly Dhar and Amar Kaushik’s horror-comedy 'Stree'.   For more updates, click on the featured video.
