Recently, the sensational singer Kanika Kapoor was invited by Prince Charles to perform at the 10th Anniversary celebration of the British Asian Trust in London. As reported by Filmfare, she performed a live mix of Sufi and popular English songs. Also, the music was well organized by the popularly known British music producer, Naughty Boy. Kanika Kapoor who happens to be the ambassador of the trust is also the first Indian artist to have performed at the Buckingham Palace. She was quoted saying:

“It was an honour to perform in the Buckingham Palace for the 10th Anniversary of British Asian Trust at a celebration hosted by Prince Charles last night. Also the fact that I am the first Indian to perform there was a special feeling altogether. I am looking forward to more such events in the near future.”
Taking to social media, the songwriter, producer and a proud mother posted amazing pictures with the caption

Kanika Kapoor It is also reported that Kanika has been a part of Prince Charles’ earlier functions as well such as the Elephant Family Charity’s Travels To My Elephants hosted by the royal couple in London. Kanika Kapoor has indeed reached a great height of success in her career as a musician as the audience was thrilled and pleased with her performance. This year, the Indian entertainment industry has been gaining an immense spotlight on the global front. Twinkle Khanna, who was invited to speak at The Oxford Union, the world’s most prestigious debating society. The society witnessed the writer’s maiden production, ‘Padman‘. Then Shah Rukh Khan was presented the Crystal Awards by World Economic Forum (WEF). Crystal Awards is done to internationally celebrate the achievements of leading artists who have become “bridge-builders and role models” for all leaders of society. That is not all, Irrfan Khan, the award-winning best actor for this year has also been invited to the Indian Conference at Harvard organized by students of Harvard Business School (HBS) and Harvard Kennedy School (HKS).
