Aamir Khan had announced his new film on his birthday. He made it official that he is making the official remake of Hollywood film, Forrest Gump. Aamir Khan will be seen playing the role of titular in the film Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen sharing the screen with him. This has been confirmed by the filmmakers.
A source who is friends with the actress confirmed and said “For now it is sure that Kareena will star opposite Aamir Khan in this film, she will be making an official announcement too.”
Previously too, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Aamir Khan have shared the screen twice in 3 Idiots and Talaash. Laal Singh Chaddha is being directed by Advait Chanda, the director who also directed Secret Superstar. Laal Singh Chaddha has been written by Atul Kulkarni. The film will hit the screens on Christmas 2020.
Currently, Kareena Kapoor Khan is in London. She will soon start the shooting for her next film, Angrezi Medium which will also star Irrfan Khan. She will also star in Good News along with Akshay Kumar, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani.
After that, she will also be seen in Karan Johar’s Takht.

The original film Forrest Gump featured Tom Hanks as the lead actor and he shared the screen with Robin Wright. The film was released in 1994 and was a comedy-drama which was based on a novel of the same name, and the novel was released in 1986. Forrest Gump was directed by Robert Zemeckis and also won six Academy Awards.
