Around 60% of them told that they are obsessed with junk food and have felt hungry during their sleeping hours. Research also revealed that people obsessed with junk food felt more sleeplessness which led them to eat more in the odd hours. Study revealed that eating junk food at night has doubled the chances of late hour snacking. Researchers suggested that this habit can also result in diabetes. They also found that less sleep time is one of the biggest reasons for obesity with night time snacking which also led to over weighting among many junk food consumers. The study also found that people with work stress are also suffering sleeplessness. Another study revealed that loud working environment increase stress and stimulation. Another study revealed that adding a little workout to your daily routine can improve this night time food craving. It can also help in getting enough sleep time. While at work, you can also opt for a 10 minute nap. It will freshen up your mind and soul for a fresh start.
