No, because your body needs food to generate energy and get rid of low energy levels. Having a healthy breakfast helps in maintaining the glucose levels in your body. It also helps in slowing down stress levels. Instead of having a heavy breakfast go with the light ones like cereals, corn flakes, eggs and bread toast. One can also go with fruit diet and juices. Skipping breakfast can also lead to migraine and hypertension so next time whenever you step out of your house just make sure to add a light meal to your diet.
