A new study revealed that mountain air is not so good for your heart as it puts an extra pressure on your heart.As we go higher the oxygen level decreases.It is not so good with the Heart patients as it increases the risk of cardiac arrest and heart attack. A team of researchers from Psychological Society decided to explores the reasons behind the reduced functioning of your heart with higher altitudes. The research is based upon the reduced blood levels with every heartbeat. It was first invented by a group of scientists who went for Summit the Everest challenge back in the year 1950.The researchers found that as they went higher they felt a slowdown in their heartbeat. Studies show that decrease in blood volume and increase in blood pressure can affect the blood volume with each pump. You all must have noticed that while in the hills , you can't run for long.This thing happens because of high pressure area which makes you feel tired. So next time whenever you plan to visit the hills make sure that you are fit enough. Like every coin has two sides same goes with the hills as fresh air is a must for a healthy living.
