LET’S RELIVE THE TIMES OF OUR CHILDHOOD WITH TELEVISION

By Gagan Bhullar . 5th November 2018 05:00pm

The year 2019 is just two months away and we have got ample names on the movie lists which are going to release in the upcoming year. Next year is going to be fully packed with new releases every week so it will be very difficult for a movie to make an impact on the audience’s heart. But if a film has the most promising star cast and the names which guarantee good content makes people wait for that film. One such film which audiences are waiting eagerly is Kulwinder Billa and Mandy Takhar starrer ‘Television’.

Recently the first poster of the film revealing its release date has been shared on social media. This film is going to release on 25th January 2019. This Simerjit Singh Productions’ film is produced by Pushpinder Kaur and Talwinder Hayre. Television is directed by debutant Taj.

Kulwinder Billa’s first film as a lead Prahuna has just released in September 2018 and became a huge hit. From being one of the most loved Punjabi singers to enter movies with a bang he has definitely proved his versatility. From the post, it seems the film will be based on an era when television had just emerged. As Prahuna was also a period film now it will be interesting to see how Television will be different.

If we talk about the leading lady of the film Mandy Takhar, beauty with the brain must be a very short phrase to describe her persona. The way she chooses films and the versatility in her characters she is proving her mettle. From a girl next door in Babbu Maan starrer Ekam-The son of soil to a lawyer in Ranjit Bawa and Manaj Vij’s film Khido Khundi she has surely come a long way. However, this is the first time she is performing in a period film. So this must be a treat for her fans to watch her in a different Avatar.

What more do you need to go watch this Television?
