LONDON CONFIDENTIAL- A ZEE5 FILM REVIEW BY NAVJOT

STORY  , SCREENPLAY AND DIALOGUES

R&AW officials stationed in London have gathered strong evidence through their sources which indicate the involvement of Chinese Communist party in the spread of the virus and are very close to getting the final evidence. However, Chinese authorities get wind of this through a mole in the Indian embassy. In order to have a low-key presence the R&AW uses a grocery store as their outpost to execute and coordinate operations.

This film is written by Hussain Zaidi  and is directed by Kanwal Sethi. The best part about the screenplay is its length.  The film is about an hour long and doesn't bore you. You are constantly moving with its fast paced screenplay and a tight script.   However the screenplay is a bit predictable.

PERFORMANCES

1. MOUNI ROY  shines as Uma and she acts with ease . She has surprised us all with an amazing performance.  She has looked really beautiful.

2. PURAB KOHLI as Arjun is very good and effective.

3. KULRAJ RANDHAWA as Niru is good . She has acted well.

4. PRAVESSH RANA as Azaad is really good

DIRECTION AND OTHER TECHNICAL ASPECTS

Kanwal Sethi has directed this film and he knows his job quite well.  He manages to create a good ambiance for a potential thriller . However,  the film dips and picks but had it been a bit more surprising the impact would have been more.

FINAL VERDICT

London Confidential is a nice thriller with its heart at the right place and it manages to impress you.  It can be a good one time watch.

I'm going with 3 / 5
