Yoga has been originated in ancient India and it focuses on physical, mental and spiritual practices. Western people often use Yoga as an exercise to feel better and get yourself refreshed by way of different Yoga called asana or poses. 


It is really an exercise and practicing Yoga on a daily basis will help one to achieve the flexibility of the body and also releases any kind of tension.

For the Yoga poses to perform regularly on daily basis you don’t need to attend any classes; instead the same can be done in a small place in your house or own bedroom as per your comfort and convenience. Rest, it’s up to you that you want to attend Yoga poses classes and get the same feel for your body to relax.

1. STANDING SIDE BEND POSE

4. PELVIC TILTS

This yoga pose will help you in relieving back pain and stiffness and you gradually gain good flexibility. Doing this exercise 10-20 times a day will make you feel stronger.

5. CAT AND COW POSE

Both of these Yoga poses are related to one another and they really help out in stretching our back muscles and giving us the best relaxation.

6. COBRA POSE

This Yoga pose makes you feel like a snake or Cobra as in this pose you are lying on your stomach and stretch the shoulder muscles, then push off the ground with your hands. 

7. SEATED FORWARD FOLD POSE

8. CORPSE POSE


Corpse Yoga Pose
This Yoga poses you can perform after all the above-mentioned poses have been done. So basically resting in this pose will make your body absorb the benefits of all the poses and finally making you feel relaxed and comfortable the whole day.

So, finally, We would say that it depends on your time how much you can spend on performing the above Yoga poses every day, but mostly you can take around 10-15 minutes to make yourself relaxed and also de-stress the body.
