It’s raining singles in Punjabi music industry. In fact, the way songs are received in Punjab, with people playing them on loop, they are a sure shot entry into the hit club. The latest singer adding his name to this list is the young and talented munda, Maninder Buttar. His track Kaali Hummer is out and is different from his last outings. Kaali Hummer is composed by Deep Jandu and the lyrics have been penned down by Happy Raikoti. The video of the song is directed by Sukh Sanghera and is being released under Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu’s White Hill Music banner. Kaali Hummer Maninder Buttar, the singer of Kaali Hummer said,

I am trying something out of my comfort zone in this song. I always promise to sing best to my ability and Kaali Hummer is another such effort. I did have hurdles, faced some challenges, but the team I am working is one patient group of people. I would like to dedicate this song to them and to my fans; listen to it, share it and love it.
The director, Sukh Sanghera, who has videos of songs like Good Life, Scratch, Diamond and Brobar Boli to his credit, talked about Kaali Hummer and said,
It was fun working with Maninder Buttar, he is an immensely talented boy. Adding to his voice is his sweet, good-boy smile that just adds extra points. In Kaali Hummer, Buttar is moving out of his soft genre and it may have been challenging for him but he never let it show on the camera. This is the proof of a true star in making.
