Punjab is the land which has given birth to a lot of Punjabi artists who are entertaining the audience, not just in Punjab but all around the world. We are encountering some of the best movies which are making a big impact on our lives.
One such movie that crossed our path is ‘Uda Aida’, there is no second thought that the movie was full of entertainment. But the movie also educated us that one should never forget the mother tongue due to the adaptation of western culture.
The attitude towards language is extended to the culture where Western manners and etiquette take precedence over traditional values. Thus, seeing such content was a blessing in disguise for all of us.
The movie not only entertained us but has also made a great impact on society. After the movie was released, the Government of Punjab has made an announcement that the Punjabi language is compulsory to be taught in all the private schools which are present in the state of Punjab and in case if any school is found not following the order then the Affiliation certificate will be canceled.
It is an honor for us that such a message is conveyed through the movie and we wish to see more movies of such content.
