It has been quite a while since this news broke the internet that John Abraham will be seen in the upcoming film ‘Mumbai Saga’. Now, we have got a fresh update about the same as the film has finally gone on floors.

Earlier this month the makers of this upcoming film released a new poster with release date of the film. The new poster showed the backdrop of an old mill or factory which had chimneys replaced with the guns.
As per the new poster of the film, it will be hitting the screens on 19th June 2020. See Tweet;
The film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar. Earlier, the director of the film Sanjay Gupta told in an interview;
"25 years, 17 films later I had to give my audience something bigger and better. Mumbai Saga is by far my most ambitious film which needed a visionary producer and I am grateful to Bhushan Kumar for putting his faith and might in it. This is one such story that needs to be said on screen."
The director has earlier helmed films like Shootout at Lokhandwala and Shootout at Wadala to name a few.
The film will be marking John Abraham’s comeback to the gangster genre of films as his last gangster film was ‘Shootout at Wadala’ with Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures. In the film he was seen playing the role of Manya Surve.
On the work front, John was recently seen in the movie ‘Batla House’. The film opened to positive reviews and turned out to be a great hit at the Box-Office.
