A few days back Nora Fatehi got the temperature soaring with the teaser of her upcoming song ‘Saki Saki’. Now you will be glad to know that the song has been officially dropped under the label of T-Series which is setting the screens on fire with her sizzling hot performance.
It is the reprieved version of super hit track ‘Saki Saki’ from Sanjay Dutt starrer ‘Musafir’. The song is now has been recreated for John Abraham starrer- ‘Batla House’.
In the song "SAKI SAKI", Nora Fatehi is looking stunning wearing a shimmery dress and is slaying with her belly dance as always. The first song from the movie has already set a benchmark and now we are looking forward to more.
Talking about the song credits, the female vocals of the song are lended by Neha Kakkar and Tulsi Kumar. And the male vocals are given by B Praak, who debuted in the bollywood industry with his song ‘Teri Mitti’ from Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Kesari’ this year. The music of the song is recomposed by Tanishq Bagchi.
As the audience are grooving on this new version of the song, Koena Mitra didn’t liked it and says it a mess!
Yes, you are right, the original version of the song ‘Saki Saki’ featured Koena Mitra who recently slams the new version of the song and sharing her views about the song she says,
“My song from Musafir #Saaki Saaki" has been recreated. Sunidhi, Suhwinder, Vishal, Shekhar combination was outstanding. Didn't like the new version, it's a mess! This song had crashed many blockbusters! Why batlahouse, why?”
However, she made it clear that she does like Nora in the new version. She added “P.S: Nora is a stunner. Hope she saves our pride”.
Well, this is not the first time that any revamped version is being criticized, earlier too many reprieved version of many songs have been slammed.
Talking about the song Nora said,
"It was a dream to feature in the remix. "The way Tanishk has composed this song is out of this world and I knew visually I'll have to match up. I learned to dance with fire fans for the first time within only 3 days, and I must say it was extremely challenging".
She also added "The best part is I am acting in the film Batla House, so my character's performance to the song O Saki Saki in the film leads up to a very important sequence of events that carries the story forward. I am very grateful to Nikkhil Advani sir, Bhushan Kumar sir, John Abraham, T-series and Emmay Entertainment for giving me this opportunity".
Talking about the movie, Batla House, the film is based on the Batla House encounter that took place in 2008. And it will be hitting the theaters on August 15, which is helmed by Nikhil Advani.
