Subedar Joginder Singh is one of those movies which will introduce Punjabi cinema to a whole new genre. Based on the real-life story of martyr PVC Subedar Joginder Singh, the movie stars Gippy Grewal in the lead. Apart from him, Kulwinder Billa, Jordan Sandhu, Rajvir Jwanda, Karamjit Anmol and Roshan Prince in pivotal roles. The cast had been shooting in Leh Ladakh since past month but looks like it isn't easy shooting in the valley. The team is currently in Sonmarg, Ladakh and apparently, they are stuck there. Due to bad weather, some roads in Ladakh are currently closed leading to the movie's crew and cast being stuck. In a video posted on Instagram Gippy Grewal says, "This has been one of the most difficult shoots for us. We are putting so much effort despite this cold weather and other struggles" Luckily, the crew will move to another location early morning tomorrow. They will cross the Zoji La Pass tomorrow, which is a high mountain pass located on National Highway 1D between Srinagar and Leh. https://www.instagram.com/p/BbPOgadDUSr/?hl=en&taken-by=gippygrewal Gippy Grewal said that Ninty percent of the movie has been shot and only the final portions are left.
