https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H9sIhLiA1ss Remember the mega-hit 'Rim Jhim' by Khan Saab ft. Pav Dharia that had accommodated 200+ million views on YouTube. Well, the story continues with 'Zindagi Tere Naal' by the duo once again. Pav has beautifully portrayed the continuation of the story wherein the offspring of the drug abused victim and deceased from the previous song 'Rim Jhim' falls into the clutches of alcohol addiction. Pav also took it to his Facebook handle where the versatile artist quoted;
We cannot ignore what Pav has stated, it is 100% true that a child learns a lot from his parents. There's even a saying 'Like father like son' after all eras of observations have by intellectuals bring out such sayings. We are no one to raise a question on it. PavEveryone talks about the problems of drugs being faced by the punjabi youth of today, but a lot of those problems are caused by the previous generation who instead of being responsible parents did a lot of damage to the current generation through their own actions. I'm lucky enough to have amazing parents but some are not, and it's not their fault that they were taught bad habits through their parents actions and through no fault of their own. Don't let the media fool you into thinking Punjab's youth is ruined by the type of music they listen to. The youth is ruined by the political landscape and a culture full of ego.
Pav also emphasized on the fact that people should not blame the Punjabi songs but should blame media for misleading the youth of our country in one way or the other. Well, we also can't deny the fact that we get swayed by the things and trends prevailing around us.I've tried to make a video which highlights the importance of being good responsible parents.
