After Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s dreamy Italy wedding, the couple hosted a reception in Mumbai, and right after the Bollywood bash, Ranveer Singh dived into work starting with the trailer launch of Simmba. We all know that Ranveer Singh is playing the lead in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba, but on various occasions, Ranveer has expressed his love for the director and that he always wanted to act in his films. Recently, Ranveer had posted a video on social media thanking Rohit Shetty as he said, “I am a big fan of you and I don’t even have words to explain what I feel for you. I have never had such a blast making a movie in all the years that I have been working. The things I learnt are the things that I will carry forward for the rest of my life and its being cultivated and its being nurtured by sir aur hum sakba mehnat jab ek saath aata hai toh banta hai picture Simmbajaisa jo mere hisaab se theatre phaad dene wala hai.”

 Ranveer took to Instagram to post a picture with Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar and his caption read, ‘Best in the business’ and well, we couldn’t agree more. In this picture with the Simmba gang, an elated Ranveer is clearly telling the world with that expression that he has been blessed with the best in the business. Now that Simmba is just a few days away from its release, Ranveer Singh has kickstarted the promotions of the film, and yesterday, the actor was promoting the film on Sunil Grover’s new comedy show titled Kanpur wale Khuranas. Ranveer and Rohit Shetty are the first guests on the show.

Simmba will release on December 28, 2018, and the film is a remake of Telugu film Temper, starring N T Rama Rao Jr and Kajal Aggarwal. In the film, Ranveer Singh is playing the role of a cop named Sangram Bhalerao, and Sara Ali Khan plays his love interest.
