Air pollution that increased in the last 2 days has made breathing a difficult process for everyone. Waking up to yellow and dusty weather conditions naturally puts everyone off immediately. AVOID WALKING
Many people have the habit of going for a morning walk to stay healthy. But seeing such weather conditions, one should always avoid going out for morning walks. Avoid any kind of outdoor activities at least till the time the smog does not settle.

PROPER VENTILATION IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
People are not aware about the fact that indoor pollution is more harmful than the outdoor pollution. For evading the indoor pollution, one should always have an exhaust in the bathroom and a chimney in the kitchen. This helps in circulating the air again.
NO OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Refuse your kids when they ask you for any kind of outdoor activities.
USE OF AIR PURIFIERS
Make sure to use air purifiers in the rooms of children, elderly and the pregnant ladies. These are the people who are most prone to get ill because of air pollution.
VENTILATE THE HOME PROPERLY
It is suggested to ventilate the homes properly. Open the windows of your home between 2 to 5 in the afternoon because this is the time when the content of PM 2.5 is the least in the air.
