Every weekend is a moment to chill, go shopping and of course the movies. Without movies, life becomes so boring so we have picked a family entertainer for all the Punjabi cinema fans in India and the world.
This Friday the much awaited Punjabi flick of the year ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ has hit the screens. The first film of this franchise was released back in the year 2017 and it starred Tarsem Jassar and Mandy Takhar in leading roles.
‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ is a new addition to this franchise. The film focuses on the family bonds and the issues one could face in a joint family. While Tarsem Jassar has carried forward his legacy of staying positive even in the worst circumstances, Simi Chahal’s sweet innocent pranks makes relive the old school days (90’s kids could relate with this). The film starts exactly where the first one ended back in the year 2017. Sharma, Avtar Gill, Nirmal Rishi, Tania, Jagjeet Sandhu, Harby Sanga, Gurpreet Bhangu, Shivandra Mahal, Sunita Dhir and Baljinder Kaur to name a few.
Background score and the music:
Being a light family drama, this film doesn’t have loud but light background music. Every Indian movie is incomplete without songs and if we talk about ‘Rabb Da Radio 2’ songs, these are perfectly embedded in the story.
Song ‘Jattan De Munde’ is already a huge hit among the audiences and Nimrat Khaira’s presence makes it a sight to behold. Apart from this, there are a lot more surprise elements in the movie and for that you need to watch this movie.
Being a family entertainer, this film neither has loud music nor it is full of drama, one could enjoy it with his family and friends. As far as the story of Rabb da Radio 2 is concerned, it revolves around the married life of Manjinder (Tarsem Jassar) and Guddi (Simmi Chahal).
Presented by Vehli Janta Films and Omjee Group, film Rabb Da Radio has released this Friday.
