This time, Manisha Koirala who is portraying the role of Nargis, Sanjay Dutt's mother in the film, and seeing some scenes in the trailer, we think that she has done complete justice to the role. In a recent interview, Manisha talked about the changing and the evolving times of the Indian Cinema, working with the actors of the younger generation, the pressure that the youngsters face these days to perform well and her experience of working in Netflix original series 'Lust Stories'. She said that she enjoyed her work and thinks that the present time is a great time for an actor to be in B-town as the people are making different kinds of cinemas. "There are lots of changes in the industry and all are for good. But there is more pressure on the younger generation, and during my times there was not this much pressure related to work. People were more forgiving and relaxed. But the pressure makes people work harder and has also made them more professional."
The yesteryear's heroine, Manisha will be seen working with the actors of the younger generation. She is working with Ranbir Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma and Sonam Kapoor. Paresh Rawal will also be seen in the film. When asked about her ex[erience of working with these people, she was all praises for them and said she enjoyed working with all of them. She says that today's generation is more mature and is accepting and liking the cinema. She said, "It is good to see such a maturity in the oyunger generation. People are accepting the different kinds of cinema.These are the chaning times of the industry." Talking about the man himself, Sanjay Dutt, the Love Story 1042 heroine just could not stop herself from praising and appreciating Sanjay Dutt. She said,
"He is all hearts. He is intensely adorable and loveable human being. We love him. She also added that after seeing the film, people will forget Ranbir and will remember Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir Kapoor is a brilliant actor."
Other than Sanju, she is writing a book on her journey of health and how she defeated cancer and won in life.
