READ TO KNOW HOW TO STAY FIT DURING THE CHANGE OF THE SEASON!

When the season changes one should take extra care of themselves and their health. Changing weather means changes in the routine, diet and even the schedule of the workout. But if you have literally worked extremely hard throughout the year so you don’t want that effort to go waste.

Here are five changes in the lifestyle that each one of us should adopt through the change of the season.

DON’T OVEREAT

Overeating is an important element here. You should enjoy whatever you eat, even if it is a glass of wine but remember ever to overdo it. Our body uses the required amount and the rest is saved as energy. And this excess energy is later saved as fat.

DON’T EAT WITH GUILT

The sight of sweets makes some people jittery and nervous. The food during the festivities is made to enjoy and in case it leaves you with a feeling of guilt, then you better not eat it. If while eating one feels guilty and anxious, then the body releases a hormone called cortisol which makes the person fat. So promise yourself to never feel guilty and you’ll be just fine throughout the season.

BE CONSISTENT, NO MATTER WHAT!

Many of us are not able to keep up with the fitness schedule due to laziness and lethargy. But it is not necessary that workouts happen only at the gyms. One can work out even while traveling or at the home too. If one can’t work out for 30 minutes, he should try and aim for at least 20 minutes or 10 minutes.

ENOUGH SLEEP

When the season changes, it becomes easy to skip or not get enough sleep. But one should always focus on the correct number of sleeping hours. Sleep helps in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the body from the hustle chaos of the season. It also helps in regulating the mood, enhances health and immunity. It increases the appetite and helps the person in making good choices regarding health.

HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Another helpful thing is to eat raw until lunch time. This means that one should have raw, uncooked food like muskmelon seeds, watermelon seeds, cornflakes, fruits, nuts, sprouts, vegetable juices as breakfast. Lunch should be the first cooked meal of your day because this helps in detoxifying the body.
